The 2003 Texas State Open took place at the Hyatt Hotel in the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. Fifty-six competitors battled it out for the title; but in the end, it was Anthony Marino that took home the gold. Anthony shocked the field by defeating Masters John Giraldo, Danny Hynes, Ehab Shoukry, and Jose Mora.
