Moscow Open - Nov 28-29 (2 comments)
The Moscow Open is currently scheduled for 28-29 November. If some players from Venezuela or USA are interested, the Russian air hockey group has said they are willing to reschedule the tournament to make it more convenient. Since the Russians have never played against Americans in air hockey yet, they are very interested in making it an international tournament.
The Russians are looking for some volunteers who would like to combine a holiday in Russia with playing air hockey. As one of the coordinators of Houston and U.S. Air hockey, I am sending out the invite to all US and Venezuelan players on Vadim's behalf. They are ready to help with accomodation, transport, trips and everything else within Russia. The tournament will be double elimination on Hot Flash tables. All Russian players will participate. They're not quite sure how much participation there will be from the Catalunya and Czech players. Thanksgiving weekend? only 2 months lead time for a trip to Russia is kinda short. If it were next year sometime I would be more likely to attend.

Thank you for the invitation to play and for your kind offer of hospitality. I, and others, would love to participate and visit your country. It does not seem possible this year. I wish each of you well in your AH events. Fight hard, never quit, keep AH alive in Mother Russia.
