DANNY HYNES UNDEFEATED IN TSO (0 comments)
World Champion Danny Hynes walked away unscathed from the 2008 Texas State Open Classic Air Hockey Championship in Plano, Texas this past weekend. Hynes did not lose a single game throughout the entire singles and doubles events. Facing fierce competition against Master Jimmy Heilander in the winners bracket finals and again in the tournament finals, Danny managed to maintain his streak and walk away with a perfect record.
Heilander had a great tournament and a solid 2nd place finish. Syed Rahman and Andrew Flanagan took their battle to the 7th game to determine 4th place... Rahman won that battle.
Huge congratulations to everyone who attended and played their hearts out this weekend. Austin players really represented well this tournament. Their weekly play has really helped to take their skills to the next level.
Big thanks to Chris Green for once again pulling everything together -- albeit at the last minute -- to put on a great tournament with some amazing ammenities!
