Here are the results from last week's poll:
Do you think that currently ranked players that don't attend nationals should have their rankings dropped, or should they just be put at the bottom of everyone who does attend?
Use current "seeding" system to determine new rank 8 42.1%
Push them to the bottom of everyone that attends. 6 31.6%
Drop just below lowest person of same skill level 3 15.8%
Keep it the way it is - drop their rankings! 2 10.5%
Looks like most people thing the current method of dropping the rankings altogether is antiquated... although I'm not sure what happened with the Board meeting yet, so I can't say whether or not this was acted on.. I guess we'll find out.
