2006 "Way of the Puck" World Premier Tournament and Promotional Media Exhibition
This will be a weekly of epic proportions. If you have been putting off coming out to a weekly tournament at Kicks for a while, put it off no longer! Some of the world's top players will be in town for the Worldfest - Houston International Film Festival debut of Eric Anderson's film, "Way of the Puck" and they will all be at Kicks on Friday for some pucking action!
Some notables include current reigning world champion, Danny Hynes as well as California players Davis Lee Huynh and Joe Cain. Filmmaker Eric Anderson will be in attendance as well as Old Guard and current top 10 player, Mark Robbins. Perhaps there will be some other surprise appearances?!?
The exciting weekend will Kick Off early Friday evening with the exhibition match of the century. Danny Hynes and Tim Weissman - two of the greatest Air Hockey players ever to have graced the planet - will face off at Kicks in a promotional exhibition match. The specifics of the event are still being ironed out, but if you intend to see this once-in-a-lifetime match, you better clear your schedule for Friday afternoon!
The weekly tournament will Kick off at around 8pm.
