Does such a thing exist? For pinball machines, there's IPDB.org. For video and electro-mechanical, and pure mechanical games there's arcade-museum.com. For Air Hockey, there's...
There's even a few air hockey tables listed in those other tables. But not enough.
I've seen the current list of locations and games. There is a blacklit green table at Dorky's Arcade in Tacoma, and a Heatup Hockey Image at GameWorks Seattle.
My wife is the one to be scared of at air hockey.

Dorky's Arcade in Tacoma has a Dynamo Hot Flash. Knew I had that info around.

This website has a "find a table section", that can be updated by anyone. To my knowledge its the best resource available (sadly).

I think he Laughing Otter is looking for a list of all the different brands/models of air hockey tables, not a list of locations of individual tables.
For example,
Dynamo Models ------------- ProStyle Hot Flash Photon
Gold Standard Models -------------------- <Insert Model Names Here>
Brunswick Models ---------------- Brown Top <other models>
Forgive the lack of data in my list. I'm not the right person to answer this question, just trying to clarify what I think the question is.

Under "Air Hockey Rules" in the USAA section here, you can find a list of all USAA-sanctioned tables.
