i don't know if you are still there or not ... but they have a great symphony orchestra. there is no doubt about that ... Jiri Kout is their cheif conductor.
as for air hockey ... no idea.

As far as i know there are groups with dynamo tables in Most and Brno (west and east of the country), but not in Prague.
I wish i could have given you some contact to ask him exactly what could you find there.
I hope you had a great stay in Europe anyway!
