I received some questions from individuals that were wondering if there was a way they could help with the tournament even if they cannot attend. If you are unable to attend the event but would still like to contribute to its success please consider a small donation. Donations will be treated as individual sponsorships and 10% will go towards our donation to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver. All individual sponsors will be recognized at the awards ceremony unless you request to remain anonymous. The 2014 Air Hockey World Championship will be previewed in a 3 minute segment on 2 local news channels on Wed July 30th! I will appear live on "Daybreak" at 7:45 AM on KWGN Channel 2 and then it will be played again on their sister station FOX31 on Good Day Colorado at 8:15 AM. I will have an air hockey table in studio for the anchors to play on.

Reminds me that back in 1979 I think it was, right before the first CO State, we had a TV appearance on an early morning Denver news/talk show. Stucky, Dubuisson and I drove a Brunswick table down there at like 6 in the morning (I can't do that stuff now), brought it in, and had a nice long segment on TV. The other main feature on that show was cooking Rocky Mountain oysters.
That was before just about anybody (including me) had a VCR, so it never got taped.
