| If the penalty makes the player inactive, other players wont be effected by the "inaccurate" rating. Treating a failure to play a match as a loss isn't messing with the accuracy in my opinion. Rankings and ratings are always inaccurate anyway. If they were perfect, they would never change. I'm sure we can come up with a simple and reasonable way to handle this.
