Hey there! :)
Like a little oasis in a desert, this 14th Catalan Air Hockey Championship has been an opportunity to enjoy air hockey in a competititve way after a long 12 months drought :/
8 players took part, and even if the level was not like 2-3 years ago due to inactivity, there was a high intensity and will power ;)
The Champion was Arnau Martin, the young 17-year-old guy who wins his 2nd championship, confirming that what he did last year was not only a simple upset.
Then Sergio Lopez was the finalist, losing only to Arnau. Sergio deserves a standing ovation from coming from Seville and postposing an important family celebration just to play at this championship.
The big dominators of the game in the last years, Jose Luis Camacho (3rd) and Marc GarciÂa (5th) didn't make a good tournament.
