In just over two weeks (most likely the weekend of the 5th and the 6th of June, Keith and i will be playing our 15th challenge match. We have quite the history between us. Btw, are there any players out there that have played someone more than 15 challenge matches? All are welcome to come and watch. This match will not be for USAA ranking, only pride and Mitic points.
Thanks, Nizzi

Just as an FYI - regardless of the results of this match, Nizzi's seed value for the upcoming world championship will still be 4.5. The only way it could change is if he beats someone in the top 4 between now and then.

Nothing wrong with playing for fun, pride, and such. Of course, it will not compare to the rabid intensity of playing a match to take or defend a world ranking. That is when the beast comes out with claws and fangs. That is when the X Factor pulls the big win out of the fire!
Enjoy and get ready for some hardball match play sometime this summer.
Against me, I hope!

Okay guys - I've removed all of the messages that were not related to the match between Mark and Keith. Please keep the thread on-subject, and please refrain from personal attacks on this forum. I think you both made the point that you wanted to make and had a chance to get some stuff off your chests, but I would like this website to be dedicated to civil discussion about air hockey.
Thanks, Your humble servant and webmaster

They were removed because they were not civil, and also off-topic. This thread was supposed to be about Mark's match with Keith. I'm closing it, because it doesn't seem that anyone else has anything else to say about their match aside from the game scores, which can be posted on a new thread.
