Our agreement includes a discounted rate, a free hot breakfast made to order from their grill, free parking, free wireless, and a free shuttle to the event site. It is located less than 1.5 miles from the event. We have also been given a 1200 sq ft banquet room for our awards ceremony following the tournament. We are allowed to bring in food from the outside so start thinking about potential catering options if you would be interested in eating (i.e. Chipotle, Rudy's BBQ, etc.).
There is a rate close to the one we were offered on their site currently but theirs is non refundable. It also does not include breakfast. This was the best offer we could get given it is during their peak travel season.
VERY IMPORTANT: This deal has been made available to us on a very limited basis. The summer months are extremely busy in Colorado Springs and very few hotels were offering any group deal at all. We have received 10 rooms at a time and if we use all of those rooms, they will release 10 more if available. Even if you aren't 100% sure you are coming, I would book your room anyway and just adhere to their cancellation policy.
