There has been a change on the rules and we have decided to go by USAA rules for these tabletop tournaments. These tournaments are held by people who can't afford USAA sanctionable tables due to the fact that they are to expensive or the deals on Craigslist, the sellers are out of reach.
The tournament scheduled for June 9, 2013, did not take place due to the disrespect of the players agreeing to play. The Major promoter who would run this event was ready to go, but all the other players chose to do something else with their time instead of playing in the tournament that they agreed to play in. I am sorry for this circumstance and hope that the participating players will be more respectful to the fact that the next tournament will take place at the time it is scheduled.
The tournament results and match scores for the tournament scheduled for June 30 will be posted the day after the tournament takes place.
I hope to film the championship matches and then have Brian Q put on Vimeo perhaps.

The upcoming tabletop tournament is this Sunday, June 23, 2013. The following one is Sunday June 30, 2013. Followed by the next Sunday July 7, 2013. The next will be Saturday, July 13, 2013.
I have added a ratings system based upon where each player earns 5 rating points per every won game, and earns 2.5 points if the player finishes the game with a score of 5 or 6. Ratings can drop if the player earns less points than in the previous tournament. the pre-rating and the post-rating are subtracted and the difference determines the point loss. The tournament matches are officiated.
