| Justin wore Mike down and won the 6th set 4-0. He finished off the comeback by winning the 7th set 4 games to 2. Mike had 3 match point possessions in the 5th set, but Justin fought through for the victory. Good job.

Stellar performance by Flores to take World Ranking Number 26 from Cummings! A real epic battle, showing true grit, to rally from 3 sets to 1 to jerk Mike's gold from his hands!
Long matches condition both winner and loser, so Mike is going to gain more staying power from this frustrating loss.

| It almost was a blow out in my favor. The puck went briefly in the goal on a cross when I was leading 6-5 in the 5th set leading 3-2 in games. The air hockey gods were not ready for the match to end though. Justin played a very strong match 'at times' and I played strong 'at times'. The results of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th sets clearly showed who was streaking at certain times during the match. When Justin strikes the puck on target, he is tough to beat and he is very good around the center line when the puck is just floating out there for someone to jump on it. His defense can be very good. He clearly took away my cut today, which made me have to play a different style and he definitely changed the pace of the match all day long. I was frustrated and tried to force too many shots instead of setting up to find the open shot. It was a good match and I look forward to playing Justin again soon.

Mike,
I think this was the most intense match I've played. It was definitely not easy to make a comeback, within the games, sets, and ultimately the match. Thanks for accepting and playing an awesome match. Looking forward to our future battles on the table
