Since we have a system for this event whereby players have signed up and paid in advance, do they get entered on to the chart based on their seeding whether they show up to the event or not?
If they are going to be withdrawn from the event, what is the mandatory check-in process (when/where) and will there be a way for players to monitor who has checked-in and who hasn't?
If there is not a mandatory check-in process, then I'm not sure you can add one at this late date unless you can make sure every signed up player is fully aware of it.
If one is not added, then it seems tough to withdraw someone from the chart until they don't show up for their first match...

This is an excelelent point, Tim. We appreciate your bringing this matter forward. I am in discussions with the UNAP senior team regardling this matterm and we will have our official policy released shortly.

I obviously missed the tournament and the USAA board meeting, but I'm curious to know what the resolution of this issue is/was. Brian, can you elaborate further when you get the chance?
