Wow! Went down to the very last game. Earlier Munez wins two sets, 4 to 0. But Weissman rallies to take two straight sets to force a final 7th set! Close final set with Munez winning and taking the match. Great competition.
But, where was this announced in advance? I would have loved to have attended and watched these two future tornados developed their powers.
Players please post here where and when your matches will take place, so that others can come watch the competition!

And look there to see what upcoming matches are being planned. The web page shows the matches, grouped by their various statuses. Matches that have a date set are shown first, then matches that have been accepted by the challengee but don't have a date set, and then challenges that have been issued. Matches you're involved in are highlighted.

| I apologize for not posting the match between munez and myself at an earlier date. It was sort of a last minute challenge were I called Anthony and asked if he would like to meet at SRO for some practice and before we knew it we were in the midsts of a challenge match with Doug Taylor and Frank Perez reffing. It was a spectacular match and Munez once again proved himself to be worthy of his rank.

No need to apologize... impromptu matches happen. 
That being said, it would definitely have been a great match to have on video to sell other youth on the excitement of a close-fought match.

| No reason we can't get some pics of these two reenacting their battle Friday night if they're both at SRO. I bet Justin will be around to snap a few. Would make for a nice news item on AHW. We all definitely need to get more in the habit of taking advantage of the technology around us. Snap pics and videos every chance you get. There are air hockey videos on youtube that have tens of thousands of views. That's FREE exposure!

| My dad actually got a few two minute clips of the match on his iPhone. From what I have seen so far they capture some of my best and worst moments ( Anthony's best) of the match.

No problem. In fact, I like the fact that you both were drinking at the bar and a fight broke out. Stepped outside for a violent duel.
